Delivery Information for Tamworth Plumbing Supplies

If your order is placed before 3 pm (Monday to Friday) and is complete, the item(s) will leave our warehouse the same night.

Your order will be dispatched using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri STANDARD Service. As we use third-party delivery agents, Tamworth Plumbing Supplies cannot guarantee 100% 48hr deliveries. We will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience, including loss of income, profits, markets, reputation, customers, use, or opportunities.

While approximately 90 - 95% of our orders typically arrive in 48hrs, during busy periods like Christmas, with an increase in parcels and letters, there may be a slight delay.

Please note. Orders with mixed delivery dates will be sent out complete on the latest date unless you contact us via your email confirmation to amend this.

Please be aware that we no longer deliver to the Channel Islands.
